MANG INASAL: What we think about @IamMangInasal's Pinoy Halo Halo?

We recently had a taste test session of Mang Inasal Pinoy favorites and its Pinoy Halo-Halo with respected chefs.

It's always fun eating with these funny chefs: Chef Boy Logro, Chef Rosebud Benitez, and Chef Sandy Daza together with Pam Cortez of Pepper.PH. Here's what we like at Mang Inasal and what we think about the Pinoy Halo-Halo ...

Chicken Inasal
I like their Chicken Inasal specially when served hot, and you dip it in a sawsawan of vinegar, soy sauce, chili, and alamansi. Ask for a bowl of sinigang soup, and put chicken oil over the steamed rice for the best experience.

Pork BBQ
It's the first time I tried their Pork BBQ. Our boys love BBQ and I’m sure they’ll love this too.

Palabok
I love this Palabok which is my go to Pinoy food for fixing my cravings after a long trip outside the country.

Lumpiang Togue with Special Suka
This Lumpiang Togue is a healthy choice filled with tofu, baguio beans, carrots, kamote, monggo bean sprouts - a perfect pairing for the Palabok or Chicken Inasal and is addicting specially with the sweet vinegar sauce.

Pinoy Halo-Halo
The Pinoy Halo-Halo is as delicious as it looks. It’s worth every peso and it’s affordable so you can always have your fill. What makes this halo-halo different is the milk is noticeably creamy and balances out the sweetness of all the ingredients. I like eating bits and pieces of the toppings with the creamy ice and some ube ice cream. Sarap!
